Nathan Webb

Nathan Webb has extensive experience in the real estate and fitness industries. Currently serving as a 1031 Exchange Executive at American Accommodators since 2018, Nathan provides specialized guidance for clients navigating the exchange process. Additionally, Nathan is a Licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since November 2020 and previously worked as a Multi-Tenant Retail Real Estate Analyst at JRW Realty, as well as holding positions such as Real Estate Specialist at Trentpatrick Real Estate and Acquisition Specialist at Clement Partners. Nathan co-owned CrossFit Crescent from 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities included serving as Partner and Director of Training, while also managing operations at Crescent Tactical Fitness. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2009.
