Christoph Bauer

Christoph Bauer is a partner at Kellerhals Carrard since April 2012 and has served as a senior associate prior to this role. In addition, Christoph Bauer has been a Privatdozent for Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, and Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at Universität Basel since September 2014, along with teaching as a lecturer for Private Law. Previously, Christoph Bauer worked as an associate at Homburger from April 2010 to November 2011, and held the position of academic assistant to Prof. Mueller-Chen at the University of St. Gallen from June 2004 to March 2010. Early career experience includes an internship and deputy clerk role at the Commercial Court of Aargau and junior associate position at Homburger. Christoph Bauer's academic qualifications include a habilitation in civil law, civil procedural law, and insolvency law from the University of Basel and a Doctor of Law from the University of St. Gallen, complemented by an attorney at law qualification and degrees in legal studies from the University of St. Gallen.
