Regina Schlup Guignard

Regina Schlup Guignard is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and legal counsel. Currently a partner at Kellerhals Carrard since September 2022, Regina has also served as a Fachrichterin for the Steuerrekurskommission des Kantons Bern since January 2021. Previous roles include deputy head of tax and law at BDO AG and senior tax manager at BDO, as well as a long tenure at GHR Rechtsanwälte AG, where Regina provided comprehensive tax consulting services. Regina's early career featured experience as a legal assistant with the European Commission and as manager of EU affairs at Swiss International Air Lines. Regina's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Vrije Universiteit Brussel with a focus on European and competition law, along with various certifications in tax expertise and governance.
