Stefano Perucchi

Stefano Perucchi is a Partner and Attorney at Law at Kellerhals Carrard since September 2017, where Stefano serves as Co-Head of the KC Practice Group IP and is a member of several practice groups, including Sports Law, Corporate-M&A, and Privacy & Data Protection. Perucchi is also actively involved in LegalTech as a member of KC LAB and holds positions as a member of the Disciplinary Chamber of Swiss Basketball since July 2022, Executive Board Member of the Swiss LegalTech Association since September 2019, and Executive Board Member at LegalLAB since September 2022. Previously, Perucchi worked as a Senior Associate at PSMLaw SA and has held legal roles in-house at Ferrari and in various judicial internships. Stefano Perucchi holds an LL.M. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a CAS from HES-SO, alongside a law degree from Université de Fribourg.
