Laura Swanson is a seasoned food safety and quality professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently a Registered SQF Consultant at Kellerman Consulting, Laura has a proven track record of developing HACCP and Food Safety Plans for various sectors, including food service and dietary supplements. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Food Safety and Environmental Health at Northern Fish Products, where Laura oversaw regulatory compliance and led the company to successfully close out an FDA Warning Letter. Notable roles also include Quality Manager at Mission Foods and Sensory Program Manager at Starbucks. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Central Washington University.
