Pearl Tam

Pearl Tam is a management consultant with expertise in strategy and risk, and over ten years in banking and insurance at Citi, Cibc, and Chubb. As strategic advisor to the senior executive team, she drove bank efficiency and results through growth and transformation. Her consumer and institutional experience covers sales, distribution, client, digital strategy and governance. Trained in enterprise risk, she also managed a multi billion portfolio of specialised FI risk. Pearl sits on the Finance and Development Committees and serves also as Director of the Foundation Board, Western University in Canada, where she holds her MBA.
