Elizabeth N. Krasnow

Elizabeth Krasnow focuses her practice on litigation.

Prior to rejoining Kelley Drye, Elizabeth was senior litigation counsel at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she defended the district attorney and fellow assistants in civil litigation arising from official office business. In that capacity, Elizabeth represented the office in federal and state court at all stages of litigation, at the trial court level and on appeal. On the criminal side, Elizabeth handled post-conviction litigation in serious felony matters and appeared frequently in the appellate division to brief and argue interlocutory challenges to protective orders governing sensitive witness information.
