Joshua B. Long

Joshua Long is an intellectual property litigator based in Houston, TX. His primary practice is focused on patent litigation, including Section 337 actions at the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) and Hatch-Waxman litigation. Josh has significant experience handling patent litigation in federal courts throughout the United States, including trial, for matters involving electronics, computer components and systems, telecommunications networks, fiber optic data transmission, Wi-Fi, Power over Ethernet, dynamic RAM, LED display panels and internal circuitry, medical devices, PCI Express, micro electro-mechanical systems and alarm systems.
