Marisa A. Lorenzo

Marisa Lorenzo is Kelley Drye’s Pro Bono Counsel who manages the firm’s pro bono matters and impact initiatives, including racial justice, immigration, LGBTQ+ rights and criminal justice reform. Marisa provides daily practice support and supervision to firm lawyers assisting clients with pro bono projects. Marisa is a strong advocate of the firm’s commitment to pro bono services and she mentors firm attorneys to turn values into action.

Together with our Pro Bono Committee and firm leadership, Marisa coordinates the firm’s partnerships with legal services organizations and sets the strategy, priorities, and objectives of the firm’s pro bono practice.

Prior to taking on the role of Pro Bono Counsel, Marisa was a Kelley Drye litigation partner focused on investigations, enforcement actions and lawsuits involving the communications industry. In addition, Marisa represented clients in a variety of industries in all phases of complex federal and state commercial litigation, including trials, appeals, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
