Molly A. McEneny

After long tenure as the firm’s chief human resources officer, Molly McEneny serves as senior advisor to firm leadership to help develop and execute strategies in support of the firm’s overall objectives.

As a strategic advisor to senior management, Molly works directly with the firm’s managing partner and executive committee on initiatives geared toward achieving the future goals of the firm. Molly acts as an internal consultant to firm management and individual partners in human resources and other substantive business areas, providing guidance and mentorship to the next generation of Kelley Drye leaders.

Having served the majority of her career at Kelley Drye, Molly knows the firm inside and out and has, for years, helped build the organization into what it is today.
