Rachel Schneidman focuses her practice on commercial real estate financing and the origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans as well as acquisitions, dispositions, and leases. She represents a wide variety of clients including life insurance companies, investors, developers, financial institutions, owners, purchasers, and tenants.
Rachel has extensive experience in all aspects of due diligence, including title commitments, surveys, opinions, zoning reports, property management agreements, organizational documents, estoppels, and SNDAs.
Rachel was previously an intern at the Brooklyn Law Corporate and Real Estate Clinic and the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic.
