Roger Simmons

Roger Simmons is an accomplished attorney and author with extensive experience in Workers' Compensation Defense. Since July 2020, Roger has been writing novels and is currently finalizing a work titled "Miyoko’s Will." Prior to this, Roger held various legal positions, including Attorney At Law roles at Kelley Kronenberg and Allen & Newman, PLLC, as well as serving as President of The Law Offices of Roger C. Simmons, P.A., where diverse legal services were offered in areas such as Social Security Disability and Estate Planning. Roger's career also includes roles at several other law firms and as In-House Counsel for different organizations, with a strong focus on Workers' Compensation defense throughout. Roger holds a JD from St. Thomas University College of Law and degrees in Political Science from the University of Florida and Broward College.
