Cody Vitello

Cody Vitello serves as a Shareholder and Attorney at Law at Vedder Price P.C. since April 2011, specializing in legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters related to investment advisers, family offices, and various investment funds. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate in the Investment Services and Financial Institutions practice groups at Vedder Price P.C., as well as a Law Clerk in various organizations including the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Cody gained early legal experience as a Student Attorney at Loyola University Chicago Business Law Clinic and held internships with the Federal Trade Commission and a U.S. Senate office. Cody holds a Juris Doctor degree with a Tax Certificate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Western Washington University.
