Elayna Creed

Elayna Creed is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant operations and management. Since May 2015, Elayna has served as the Operations Manager at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, overseeing the State Room Restaurant. Previous roles include Dining Room Manager, where Elayna developed Standard Operating Procedures and improved inventory management, and Assistant Manager, where Elayna successfully implemented a scotch club program to boost sales. Elayna's career began at El Azteco Mexican Restaurant as a Server & Bartender, focusing on customer satisfaction.
