Alyssa Picard

Alyssa Picard is currently an Associate at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick PLLC since December 2023, following a position as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Courts from September 2022 to September 2023 and another Law Clerk role at the U.S. Courts of Appeals from August 2021 to September 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP from October 2020 to August 2021, and Summer Associate positions at both Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick PLLC and Williams & Connolly LLP in 2019. A Legal Intern with the U.S. Department of Justice's Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section in 2018, Alyssa also held a Science Policy Fellow role at the Science and Technology Policy Institute from July 2015 to August 2017, and as a Graduate Researcher at the University of Cambridge from October 2014 to July 2015. Education includes a JD from Stanford Law School, a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Yale University.
