Sandra Ugol

Sandra Ugol currently serves as Corporate Vice President of Learning and Development at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, where Sandra has been instrumental since March 2019 in enhancing quality audit and improvement initiatives. Additionally, Sandra holds a position on the OnCon Senior Council, an elite group of executives from various sectors since June 2024. Sandra's extensive previous experience includes roles such as Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Academics at Education Corporation of America, as well as various leadership positions at Kaplan Higher Education and TESST College of Technology. Sandra earned a Master of Business Administration from Purdue Global and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
