Elizabeth Riley Boyer currently serves as Vice President of Business Unit Marketing and Head of Marketing at Kelly, with experience in these roles since April 2020. Prior to this, Elizabeth was with ThinkCERCA as VP of Marketing & Communications, where notable achievements included building the marketing department from the ground up and leading initiatives to increase awareness among educators. Elizabeth has also held leadership positions at Impact Engine, contributing to the launch of Chicago’s first accelerator for social impact businesses, and at Chicago Magazine, where Elizabeth significantly grew the magazine’s digital presence. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, with ongoing executive education at Kellogg.
