Marvin Figaro is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of DEI Strategic Partnerships in the Diversity Office at Kelly since June 2012. With a robust background in talent acquisition and management, Marvin has held various positions at Kelly, including Manager of Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Talent Diversity & Sourcing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed program design, team management, and embedding DE&I principles across employee experiences. Prior roles at Judge Technical Staffing and Kelly further developed Marvin's expertise in account management, service delivery, and recruitment processes. Marvin began a career in human resources at United Parcel Service, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruiting and employee engagement.
