Mike Russo

Mike Russo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Benefits and HR M&A at Kelly Services since July 2017, Mike leads the Benefits/Wellbeing Department, focusing on areas such as multi-million dollar benefits budgets, team development, process improvement, and employee wellbeing. Prior to this role, Mike held positions at Faurecia as Manager of Benefits, at Ilitch Holdings, Inc. as Director of Colleague Benefits, and at MSX International as Manager of Human Resources Administration. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
