Nicholas Kowalczyk

Nicholas Kowalczyk is a legal and compliance expert with extensive experience in risk management and corporate governance. Currently serving as Vice President, Chief Risk, Compliance, and Privacy Officer at Kelly Services since February 2011, Nicholas leads the company's enterprise risk management strategy and compliance programs. Previous roles at Kelly Services include Corporate Counsel and Associate Counsel, where innovative solutions were developed for various legal and compliance challenges. Prior experience includes Associate Attorney at Roumell & Lange, P.L.C., providing outside counsel on labor and employment law, as well as a law clerk role focusing on legal documentation and arbitration preparation. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan.
