Veronica Elchuk

Veronica Elchuk, Esq. is a corporate counsel with extensive experience in providing legal guidance across various business operations at Kelly since May 2014. In the role of Associate Corporate Counsel, Veronica offers ongoing legal counseling on wage and hour, data privacy, immigration, contracts, and employment law, often conducting training sessions for business leaders. Prior roles include Wage & Hour Compliance Consultant, where operational audits were conducted to assess legal risks, and positions in payroll and compliance management. Veronica served as a Student Attorney at the WMU Innocence Project from September 2020 to September 2024 and completed a legal internship at Moran Law Offices in 2013. Veronica earned a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Oakland University.
