As Vice President of Delivery, Kim is responsible for upholding and furthering the mission of KellyMitchell to provide world-class services and value to Fortune 500 organizations by implementing the best technologies, tools and processes into KellyMitchell’s recruiting and delivery infrastructure. These innovative solutions facilitate efficient and optimized delivery of flexible workforce solutions to KellyMitchell clients internationally. A natural problem solver with a passion for building solutions and empowering people to meet their full performance potential, it is no surprise that Kim has performed in multiple roles at KellyMitchell starting as a Technical Recruiter, performing in client-facing roles, overseeing HR and Marketing, and now helping KM grow through operations management. While process, analytics and technology play a major role in KellyMitchell’s operations, Kim is most compelled by the people who drive each solution and their uniqueness in helping KM achieve growth goals. She is an admitted Reality TV fanatic and loves spending time with her kids at the beach.
