Ian Starling

Ian Starling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics, operations, and real estate within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as Global Delivery Director at Ocado Group since January 2009, Ian leads programme teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to support grocery and non-grocery clients in launching and scaling their e-commerce businesses. Previous roles at Ocado include Programme Director for technology operations, Director of Real Estate, and Head of Logistics Development, where Ian successfully managed complex capital projects and real estate strategies to drive growth and efficiency. Ian’s career began at Tesco PLC, where various roles contributed to the launch of the company's internet shopping service. Ian holds a PG Dip in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University.
