Since joining KellyMitchell in 2007, Shannon has recruited technical talent from the St. Louis headquarters, launched the Minneapolis branch, developed strategic partnerships with many national employers, managed our national business development plan and has grown the National Recruitment Center out of Chicago in order to provide best-in-class recruitment services to our Fortune 500 partners. As a Regional Vice President, she focuses on inspiring her team of talented and effective recruitment and sales leaders to exceed the expectations of KellyMitchell’s national clients, all while growing the largest KellyMitchell branch to date and building an expansive client portfolio that spans North America. Shannon dazzles her clients and colleagues with her infectious and positive personality, her love of food and good wine, and her excitement for a good costume/theme party.
