Dale Pearson

Dale Pearson currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Keller Group, providing legal guidance to a holding company with a portfolio of ten independently managed businesses. In addition, Dale is the Chief Operating Officer at Kelsan, focusing on productivity and strategic growth, and an Adjunct Professor at Carson-Newman University, teaching Advanced Corporate Finance and Business Law in the MBA program. Previous experience includes a senior managerial role at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. overseeing legal and financial advisement for supply chain operations, and serving as CEO of Cherokee Millwright, where financial and operational strategies were led. Dale's educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from Lincoln Memorial University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor’s in Finance from the same institution, complemented by an Associate’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
