David Vaughan

David Vaughan currently serves as Manager of IT Application Technology and Virtual Health and Digital Patient Experience Lead at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since August 2021. Prior to this, David held various roles at Premise Health from 2015 to 2021, including Virtual Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing national digital wellness services. As a project manager, David was instrumental in optimizing patient portal implementations. David's earlier experience includes serving as VP of Business Development & Operations at Dance Y'all, LLC, where leadership was provided over production teams and project budgets. Additionally, David worked as Director of Business Development at Rink Entertainment, developing successful marketing strategies and branded content. David's background also includes freelance work as a musician and in television production. David earned an MBA in Music Business from Belmont University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
