Elizabeth Chandler, MBA, PHR, serves as the Sr. Manager of HR Systems & Process Improvement at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since February 2016. In this role, Elizabeth has led the enterprise implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and supported the deployment of UKG for time-off tracking, benefiting over 6000 employees. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Manager of Training and Development, overseeing similar implementations and enhancements. At Cameron, from November 2012 to April 2015, Elizabeth served as Training and Development Manager, leading an SAP training rollout for more than 3,000 employees and supervising a team of instructional designers. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from Texas Southern University and a BBA in Human Resources from Texas Woman's University.
