Steven McKenzie

Steven McKenzie is an experienced exercise physiologist with a strong background in cardiac rehabilitation, currently serving as the Lead Exercise Physiologist at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since July 2020. Prior to this role, Steven worked at CHI - St. Joseph Regional Health Center from January 2013 to July 2020, focusing on Phases I, II, and III of cardiac rehabilitation. Responsibilities included preparing for nuclear exercise and Lexiscan stress tests, implementing exercise prescriptions, assessing blood pressures, and providing education on healthy living. Steven holds a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Sam Houston State University, obtained in 2020, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same institution in 2013. Additionally, Steven is affiliated with the American College of Sports Medicine since 2015.
