Courtney Nicholas

Courtney Nicholas is a bilingual fraud specialist at Global Payments Canada since January 2024 and has a longstanding career with the Canada Revenue Agency since June 2015, where various roles include Early Intervention and Return to Work Advisor, Public Affairs Advisor, Team Leader, and Senior Human Resources Advisor, among others. Additional responsibilities include serving as a Board Member for Home Hospice North and working as a server/bartender at Kelseys Steak House. Courtney has been engaged in multiple volunteer roles, notably as a committee member for Employment Equity - Persons with Disabilities Subcommittee and as an event coordinator for the CRA Women’s Collaborative Network. Educationally, Courtney holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Laurentian University, completed in 2011.
