Jim Connors

Partner, Senior Advisory Counsel & MD at Kelso & Company

Jim joined Kelso in 1993. He spent the preceding six years as an Associate with Debevoise & Plimpton, working primarily in their mergers and acquisitions group and securities practice group. He has served on the boards of many Kelso portfolio companies, including Custom Building Products.

Jim earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Law Review, in 1987. He received a B.A. in History from The College of William & Mary in 1984. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
