Joel Maltos

Joel Maltos currently serves as the Regional Director of Business Development & Sales at Kelso Industries since August 2025. Prior roles include Service Sales Manager at IMCOR - Interstate Mechanical, LLC from March 2025 to August 2025 and Director of Service Sales at Comfort Systems USA Southwest from February 2019 to March 2025, where also held the position of Team Lead - HVAC Maintenance Consultant. Joel's earlier experience includes serving as Account Manager at Auburn Mechanical, Inc. and Trane, as well as a brief role as Home Efficiency Tech at Barron Heating. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Environmental Studies, and Energy Policy from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts degree from Edmonds College.
