Matthew's expertise includes conducting routine maintenance and inspections on diverse plant equipment, diagnosing complex faults, and overseeing the preventative maintenance of equipment valued at £2 million. Educational qualifications include multiple NEBOSH certifications in Health and Safety Management and an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal School of Mechanical Engineers.
