Hugo Audigier

Hugo Audigier is an experienced production and industrial performance manager currently leading a production workshop at Groupe SEB since February 2021, overseeing a team of 100 people and managing surface treatment processes and screen preparation for serigraphy. Hugo has participated in multiple graduate program missions focusing on operational excellence, including E2E diagnostic and transformation projects at Schaerer, a professional coffee machine manufacturer. Prior to this role, Hugo worked at PAPETERIES PICHON, optimizing logistics and storage processes in a robotic warehouse, and at Orange, where responsibilities included managing collective disturbances and performance indicators. Hugo holds an engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon, with an academic exchange at Loughborough University, and a scientific baccalaureate from ITEC Boisfleury.
