David Sloyan

David Sloyan has extensive work experience in the construction industry. David is currently serving as the Operations Director at Keltbray since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Roadbridge Ltd, where they held various roles including Director from October 2016 to March 2022, Project Manager from August 2007 to September 2016, Section Engineer from January 2006 to July 2007, Site Engineer from May 2003 to December 2005, and Student Engineer from May 2001 to April 2003.

David Sloyan earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, completing it from 1998 to 2001. David has additional certifications including Fellowship CEng FIEI from Engineers Ireland, which was obtained in 2021, and Chartered Engineer CEng MIEI from Engineers Ireland, obtained in 2011.
