Judith Caldwell

Judith Caldwell is a retired partner at Keltie LLP, where a distinguished career spanned over 30 years from February 1992 to April 2023. Judith's expertise as a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney contributed significantly to the firm's reputation as a leading patent and trade mark attorney firm in central London. Prior to Keltie, Judith served as a Senior Patent Examiner at the UK Intellectual Property Office from August 1980 to May 1991, focusing on patent applications in the chemical and polymer sectors and contributing to the legislative process of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Judith holds a B.Sc Hons in Chemistry from Imperial College London, which was completed in 1980, and received early education at Ricards Lodge High School in Wimbledon.
