Henry Kemble-Clarkson

Henry Kemble-Clarkson is an experienced marine technology professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Rift Labs, including its brands Kelvin and Photosynthetic, since September 2021. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer Installations at TECO Solutions, and Director Installations at TECO Maritime Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management, customer relations, and supply chain oversight. Previous experience includes project and commercial director roles at Nordic Made, as well as principal naval architect and naval architect positions at WesternGeco AS and Brevik Engineering AS, respectively. Henry Kemble-Clarkson co-founded Fastlane Holding AS, focusing on high-speed catamaran construction, and began their career as a graduate trainee naval architect at Vosper Thornycroft UK Ltd. Educational credentials include an MEng in Marine Technology from Newcastle University and a diploma in Marine Surveying from Lloyds Maritime Academy.
