Alda Aradista

Alda Aradista is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Counselor and Career Coach at Kemaju since April 2024. Previously, Alda held the role of Organizational Development Specialist at TipTip from November 2022 to August 2024 and worked as a Senior People Partner (HRBP) and Senior Talent Acquisition at Ruangguru from May 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant at PT Magnet Solusi Integra and as a Secretariat and Psychologist Assistant with Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI). Alda is pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, having previously obtained a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
