Mark Decello

Mark Decello is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the financial industry. Mark currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at KEMBA Financial Credit Union, where Mark leads operations across various departments to drive membership growth and member loyalty. Prior to this, Mark founded and served as the Owner and President of ASSURANCE BANC CORP, INC., overseeing operations in multiple states. Their extensive career also includes leadership roles at National City Bank and Beneficial Finance, where Mark successfully managed large teams and achieved significant portfolio growth. Mark holds an MBA in Business/Marketing from Kent State University and a BA in Psychology from Youngstown State University.
