Randy Hahn

Randy Hahn, PMP, has extensive experience at KEMET Electronics Corporation from 1984 to present, holding various management roles primarily in the US Innovation Center since 1999. Key positions include Manager NPD and PE for Specialty BU, where the focus was on high-margin specialty products, and Senior Director of Technology, overseeing a global team with a $12M annual R&D budget. Notably, as Director of Valve Metal Technology, Randy directed a group of 25 engineers and technicians, significantly contributing to new products that generated over 30% of the business group's revenue. Previous roles involved leading teams in developing material and process technologies, achieving first-to-market products, and improving critical quality performance metrics.
