Jukka Ailama

Jukka Ailama is an experienced production service manager currently leading maintenance operations at Kemira Chemicals in Äetsä since October 2014. Ailama has a robust background in maintenance and engineering, holding previous positions such as maintenance manager at Lahti Energia Oy, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance at Kymijärvi I and II power plants, and maintenance manager at NSG Pilkington, responsible for float glass manufacturing maintenance.
