Katarzyna Polikowska

Katarzyna Polikowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles at Kemira, serving since December 1998 in various capacities including Senior Manager of People & Culture for EMEA East and Senior Manager HR for EMEA Central/East. Additionally, Katarzyna held the position of Chairman of the Board at Kemira Cell Sp. z o.o. from June 2009 to June 2024. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Gdansk and a Master's degree in German Philology, also from the University of Gdansk. Katarzyna is an International Coach certified by the International Coaching Community and is currently pursuing further education at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk.
