Leon Bazelmans

Leon Bazelmans is a seasoned professional in chemical engineering with extensive experience at Kemira, currently serving as a Senior Technology Engineer since November 2022. Previously, Leon held the position of Plant Manager at Kemira Rotterdam BV from July 2007 to November 2022, and has a background as a Project Manager overseeing debottlenecking and automation projects, successfully increasing plant capacity and efficiency. With a strong foundation as a Process Engineer, Leon has contributed to troubleshooting challenges across multiple international plants and has worked on various projects since joining Kemira in 1994. Leon holds degrees in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, HTS Breda, and MTS Eindhoven.
