Leonardo Kawahara has a diverse and extensive work experience in sourcing and procurement. Leonardo started their career at Hypermarcas S/A as a Purchaser from 2003 to 2008. Leonardo then joined Kemira, where they held various roles such as Senior Purchaser, Sourcing & Procurement Specialist, Customer Service Coordinator, Sourcing Manager, and Senior Sourcing Manager. In these positions, Leonardo was responsible for managing sourcing teams, developing innovative approaches to sourcing arrangements, analyzing markets and supplier trends, and implementing sustainability practices.
