Phil Wren

Phil Wren is an experienced production and materials manager with a strong focus on safety and environmental standards in the chemical manufacturing sector. At Kemira since 2008, Phil has advanced from a buyer role to production and materials manager, overseeing processes, equipment, and personnel in a PSM regulated facility. Previous experience includes roles at ChromaScape, LANXESS, and Bayer, where responsibilities included managing production operations, procurement, and ensuring efficient logistics. Phil holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Trident Technical College and has completed training from Dale Carnegie and Aubrey Daniels International.
