Lily Carpio

Lily Carpio is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art since August 2021, Carpio previously held roles as a Controller for various organizations and Xact Data Discovery. Notably, Carpio was the Chief Financial Officer at Grantham University, managing a team of over 20 individuals across multiple financial departments, and served as Controller and CFO at Specialty Fertilizer Products, where strategic management led to the successful sale of the company. Carpio holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University School of Engineering.
