Chuck Lamantia

Chuck LaMantia has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Chuck most recently served as the VP of Finance for Kemper Auto starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at American Access Casualty Company from 2008 to 2021, holding positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Chuck also worked at The Warranty Group as SVP - Global Controller and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they have held various financial roles at Aon Warranty Group, Universal Casualty Company, CNA Insurance Companies, Celtic Insurance, Health Providers Insurance Company, Intercontinental Insurance Company, and CNA Insurance Companies. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in financial reporting, control, audit, and strategic planning.

Chuck LaMantia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elmhurst University in the years 1977 to 1981. Chuck further pursued their education at DePaul Driehaus College of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from 1986 to 1988.
