Dan Benton

Dan Benton has over two decades of experience in technology leadership, primarily within the property and casualty insurance sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Kemper since September 2003, Dan has held multiple roles including Assistant Vice President of Architecture and Technical Services and Director of Architecture and Technical Services, overseeing Enterprise Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Database Administration. Previously, Dan worked as Chief Application Architect, managing a team of enterprise architects and providing software architecture guidance for insurance solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Encore Development, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Computer Management Sciences Inc. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Furman University.
