Don Majka

Don Majka has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Don started their career as a Risk Management Analyst at Allstate in 2008 and later served as a Senior Field Product Consultant. In 2012, they became a Product Manager, where they executed profitable growth and business development strategies across multiple regions. Don then moved up to become a Territory Sales Consultant, focusing on independent agencies in Illinois. Don was subsequently promoted to Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the performance of a team of professionals. In 2021, they founded Skylight Insurance and served as the President, leading the startup and coaching sales executives. Currently, they are the Director of Product Management at Kemper, where they lead special projects and develops pricing proposals for insurance products in multiple states.

Don Majka obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired certifications in areas such as business development, strategic planning, and motivation from LinkedIn in 2021.
