Eli R. Henderson

Eli R. Henderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Agency Development at Kemper since August 2025, Eli also founded Ambiarch Executive Search in October 2019, a veteran-owned boutique search firm specializing in identifying and assessing top talent efficiently. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Partner at Protective Life from January 2022 to August 2025 and Director of Executive Search at The Marymont Group from June 2016 to September 2020.
