Giri Kumar Madem has over 20 years of experience in IT management, specifically within the insurance industry. From 1999 to 2013, they worked at Kemper as an IT Manager, overseeing the implementation of Guidewire for the Auto and Property Line of Business. Giri Kumar successfully led a Claim Center Upgrade implementation and implemented major policy enhancements. Since 2013, Giri has served as the IT Director at Kemper Corporation, leading the P&C Data Modernization program. Giri Kumar is responsible for ensuring overall quality delivery using various technologies such as HVR, Snowflakes, and Datavault. Giri has also created and managed high performing teams and established a Quality Assurance Center for IT project implementations. Giri Kumar has played a key role in migrating Kemper Guidewire Claim Center onto Self manager AWS cloud and executing new policy and claims intake processing projects. Additionally, they have managed both on-site and offshore vendor teams for successful data conversion projects.

Giri Kumar Madem PMP, AIS, AINS earned a Bachelors in Engineering from Andhra University, completing the degree between 1990 to 1994.
